Ah but catchpole you missed the fact that I was
simply echoing what you said over in the Mp3tag
posting. But I guess when you do it, it's OK, and
when I'm doing it, I'm "trashing great
programs".
I happen to hate the GUI of TagScanner (not
because I hate skins but because the actual
interface design makes it too difficult to use),
so I really do believe what I wrote. And you
shall deal with it.
Ah, once again, bitter emanresU deriseD trying to
trash great programs. Oh well, sorry but this is
way better than mp3tag.
EDIT
Difficult to use? Actually it is quite easy to
use. I bet you have not even tried tagscanner,
just rantin because you don't like how some apps
look. I can handle the truth, can you?
It is only checking for updates at start up which
like in most programs can be turned off in the
options.
I've tried many tagging programs (including the
inferior mp3tag) and I find this simple and great
for batch renaming of tags and file names.
I could do without the skin but it's not
distractingly ugly like some
Absolutely brilliant program. I'm not a big fan of skins but at least they've done it so it doesn't impact the responsiveness of the program (unlike, for example, FarceStone Image Viewer). Program isn't -instantly- understandable, at least it wasn't for me, but it's only a ten minute learning curve. Whatever. Five stars and kudos for being free.

Haha, shouldn't you be chraigng for that kind of knowledge?!
